Favour Nwogu
Favour Nwogu is passionate about living a life rooted in Christ, service and walking in her calling. She is a financial analyst in the banking industry within a Project Management Office (PMO), where she collaborates with project managers across different portfolios to help keep projects organized, on track, and moving toward successful outcomes.
She enjoys the balance of strategy, organization, and problem-solving that comes with her work and is always looking for opportunities to learn and grow professionally. She values excellence, growth, and using her skills to contribute meaningfully wherever she serves.
A graduate of Brock University with a background in business economics, Favour has built experience across financial analysis, planning, market research, and operations. Throughout her career, she has developed strong skills in data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence, using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to transform data into meaningful insights.
Favour has a deep love for God and a heart for worship. Over the years, she has served on different worship teams and currently leads worship at her church. For her, worship is more than music; it is a way to connect with God, create space for His presence, and encourage others to draw closer to Him.
Beyond work and ministry, Favour enjoys building community, encouraging others, and using creativity through writing, teaching, and planning. Whether she is serving in church, helping with ministry, supporting loved ones, or working on personal goals, she carries a desire to be intentional and make a positive impact.
She is still growing, still learning, and still becoming, and her desire is that every part of her life reflects Christ’s love, grace, and faithfulness, and that the gifts God has given her would be used to serve others well.
