He has a strong track record of enhancing asset performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving portfolio revenue growth through strategic optimization and collaborative stakeholder engagement.

Emmanuel is a licensed professional engineer in Ontario, Canada and holds an MBA in Energy Management from TU Berlin. He is passionate about advancing grid flexibility and accelerating the energy transition through innovative storage solutions and data-driven strategies. His expertise includes participation in North American energy markets (IESO, PJM, MISO, ERCOT), SCADA analysis, regulatory compliance, and financial performance reporting.

Beyond her work in tech, Deborah is a passionate faith communicator and an Emotional Intelligence enthusiast, with professional training in Emotional Intelligence, Behavioral Therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming, Teen Psychology, and Conflict Management. Ayomide “A.Y.” Osho

Ayomide “A.Y.” Osho is a dedicated social worker and youth services professional whose calm leadership and compassion consistently move people forward. He serves with the Durham Catholic District School Board, partnering with teachers, families, and community groups to support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth.

Grounded by an MSW from York University, A.Y. brings hands-on experience across Horizons for Youth, The Scott Mission, Pathways to Education, Scarborough and Rouge Hospital’s Justice & Mental Health program, and Kinark Child and Family Services, where he led assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and care planning.

A longtime Youth Coordinator at Jesus House Toronto and a committed music minister, he mentors young people in character, confidence, and faith. Known for clear communication, steady problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit, A.Y. is passionate about equity, inclusion, and nurturing the next generation of leaders. Iyanuoluwa Ogunshola

Iyanuoluwa Ogunshola is from New Jersey, USA, where he has lived for over 20 years. He serves as a Manager of Technology and Operations in the education sector, maintaining and developing systems while also bringing years of project management experience to his work.

Outside of his professional career, Iyanuoluwa has been faithfully involved in music ministry for over a decade. He has been privileged to record more than three albums with over fifteen single releases, and he leads a vibrant youth ministry called Unashamed. Over the past five years, he has supported various gospel music ministers and ministries by lending his gift of drumming to conferences, worship concerts, and other ministry events.

Toyin Aguda is a transformational leader operating at the intersection of faith, technology, and global impact. Toyin specializes in business transformation, AI research, and enterprise applications of natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs), helping organizations navigate digital transformation. A passionate AI evangelist, she has spoken at global conferences to demystify myths around AI and champion its ethical use. Her scholarly contributions include multiple international research publications, most recently at the ACL 2025 conference on “Conservative Bias of LLMs: Measuring Relation Predictions.” She enjoys mentoring and inspiring individuals of all ages on the power of vision and the discipline of staying focused.

She holds an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as master’s degrees in Applied economics and Applied Probability & Statistics, and a First-Class Honors degree in Economics.
